Can sprout wings and fly.

Can lure creature/opponent to him or her. Need a piece of same creature as a component.
Metamorph:
Mut. creates a pet to his or her specification. This will take permanent loss in D.P. form the Mut.
Paper Thin:
Mutant can become thin as a sheet of paper (if damaged which in this state = x6 damage).
Projected Scry:
See through the eyes of a creature.

Reunion
If, by means of an item or ability or spell, a Mutant is reborn into the mortal world after dying, this power will aid that Mutant in crossing the paths of whom he or she has been with in his or her former life.
Starr-Gaze:
As the Enchanted Item, “Ring, Starrgazer’s” (this ring is not in the current game).
Transformation:
Mutant needs a piece of the creature he or she wishes to transform into (component is destroyed when the Mutant transforms).
